Psychotherapy & Mentoring

(Our Relational Self)

Psychotherapy and Supervision:

Throughout our lives, we may experience periods of happiness and difficulties. Often we experience difficulty creating or mantaining intimate relations. These challenges may be connected to an event, such as bereavement, trauma or ending a relationship or of a more pervasive nature such as feeling anxiety, depression, frustration, fear, confusion, lack of meaning or stress. We can hold beliefs and patterns that are getting in the way of a deeper connection with life.

By meeting you where you are in the moment and working at your pace, we can bring awareness to the ways in which you relate to your experience and explore together the process of change and transformation. In this way, it is your choice how long to stay in therapy, whether this is for the short-term to address a specific issue, or a longer therapeuthic process to explore deeper and more long-held patterns.

I offer in person and online Psychotherapy and Supervision.

One to one Psychospiritual Mentoring:

Alongside Psychotherapy, meditation is a path of discovering the truth within ourselves and our reality. It requires patience, persistence and effort. Sometimes, along our path, we might bump into places of confusion. The many thoughts, judgements, biases and patterns of reactivity in ourselves can act as a shield that blocks us from a clear perception of reality, or meditative openings have left us confused or dazed.  I provide guidance for meditation and spiritual practice. Meetings take place less frequently than Psychotherapy, usually once a month.
